With the Afterbirth expansion, there a new way to get to The Lost, by sacrificing Isaac in the Sacrifice Room while holding the Missing Poster. You get the poster by defeating the lamb with isaac! This is achievement can be done in seeds, except for the Azazels run. You must die in a sacrifice room holding the missing poster. Is that something new in afterbirth+? The. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast. The wiki Seeds do not seem to work for afterbirth+.
